The president cares more about helping jihadists nation-build -- and himself to the luxuries that American taxes and debt can buy -- than helping his (allegedly-) fellow Christians.

Mourning Christians in Syria were still awaiting answers Monday, July 8, as to why Islamic militants with links to opposition rebels entered Christian villages more than a month ago killing several people, including children, in what locals called a "massacre".

Vatican-backed news agency Fides said the gunmen raided the village of al-Duwayr/Douar, outside the city of Homs near Lebanon, where they immediately executed a man and his daughter in their home and burned their bodies. The fighters reportedly also occupied the village church from where snipers began firing at terrified civilians, killing an- 11-year-old boy and a girl of 18, and injuring some 10 people, two seriously.

Militants remained in the church where they were holding village Mayor Joseph Jamil Adra, a Christian, and another Christian man, Fides said. Their situation was not immediately clear Monday, July 8.

Christian refugees were quoted as saying that the fighters of opposition group Jabhat al-Nusra, which has pledged its allegiance to terror group al-Qaida, also "destroyed and burned all the houses" in the village, prompting the roughly 100 Greek-Orthodox families living in the area to flee.

The time for (what's left of) the Christian West to aid its brothers and sisters in the east is long past-due.

And no, this Crusade doesn't involve President Bush's well-intentioned-but-suicidal nation-building, but it does begin with telling the truth about the enemy.

And what do those sworn to protect our God-given, unalienable rights do? Not only do they allow Muslims to commit attempted murder against those exercising their freedom of speech, but they also harass, threaten, and act as accessories to the violation of those victims' rights. All this because, of course, men standing with signs are a "danger to public safety," but Muslims literally stoning (and bottling, concreting, milk-cartoning, and urining) peaceful Christians is "understandable" and "expected."

The consequences of this official cowardice are dire. One of the Christians heard on camera near the end of the video has it right: The authorities are rewarding Muslim rage and violence and contempt for American law.

It's too bad the victims in this case weren't homosexuals protesting Islamic intolerance of their behavioral choices or blacks denouncing the racism inherent to Islam; then the police might have done their job. Or, can you imagine what would have happened if the identities of the two groups in this case were reversed, if this had been a mob of Christians hurling projectiles and expletives at Muslims merely holding signs denying the divinity of Christ or somesuch?

Any bets on when Holder and his Department of Inaction and Enabling are going to ensure that the law is upheld? President Obama? No, you're right; they're too busy giving citizenship and automatic weapons to illegal aliens and Mexican drug gangs. At least they're "trying real hard."

If left unchecked, it's no secret how Islamic intimidation and violence will turn out here, because we've seen it over and over again, year after year, in nation after nation. All you have to do is look at any Islamic -- and Islamizing -- state to see what happens to its non-Muslims when they allow Muslims to gain any sort of significant presence.

Once a Muslim population hits critical mass, it explodes.*

Israel opened the traditional baptism site of Jesus to daily visits on Tuesday, a move that required the removal of mines in the West Bank along the Jordanian border. The site is one of the most important in Christianity. Until now, it had not been regularly open to the public since Israel captured the site and the rest of the West Bank from Jordan in the 1967 war. Palestinian officials said the move was illegal and called it part of “Israel’s monopoly over our historic and touristic resources.”

Pakistani Christian burned alive, wife raped by police for refusing to convert to Islam (Jihad Watch):

RAWALPINDI, PAKISTAN (BosNewsLife)-- A Christian man was fighting for his life in Pakistan's Punjab province Saturday, March 20, after Muslim leaders backed by police burned him alive for refusing to convert to Islam, while his wife was raped by police officers, Christian and hospital sources familiar with the case told BosNewsLife.

Arshed Masih was burned Friday, March 19, in front of a police station in the city of Rawalpindi near Pakistan's capital Islamabad, following apparent death threats from his Muslim employer Sheikh Mohammad Sultan, an influential businessman, and religious leaders, said the Rawalpindi Holy Family Hospital.

His wife, Martha Arshed, was allegedly raped by police officers. Their three children -- ranging in age from 7 to 12-- were reportedly forced to witness the attacks against their parents.

Why have you pulled the video of Rifqa Bary's desperate plea for help? She is in fear of her life at the hands of her Muslim parents. The media are quick to air propagandists for jihad like CAIR's agents (CAIR happens to be an unindicted co-conspirator in a federal terrorism funding trial), but you deny the public footage that might save her life? Why are you siding with Islamic terrorism? Why are you aiding the implementation of shari'a, Islamic law, in America? Whose side are you on?

"Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him" (Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57). "They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). Religion of Perpetual Paranoid Rage and Misplaced Priorities burns alive Christians in Pakistan

Slaughtering Christians over "defiling" a Qur'an. Even if it were true, which is more valuable, paper or people?

How is it possible to defile that which is already profane, again?

Paramilitary troops patrolled the streets of a town in eastern Pakistan yesterday after Muslim radicals burned to death eight members of a Christian family, raising fears of violence spreading to other areas.

Hundreds of armed supporters of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, an outlawed Islamic militant group, burned dozens of Christian homes in Gojra over the weekend after allegations that a copy of the Koran had been defiled.

The mob opened fire indiscriminately, threw gas bombs and looted houses as thousands of frightened Christians ran for safety. “They were shouting anti-Christian slogans and attacked our houses,” Rafiq Masih, a resident of the predominantly Christian colony, said. Residents said that police stood aside while the mob went on the rampage. “We kept begging for protection, but police did not take action,” Masih said.

Police and local officials said that at least eight people, including four women and a child, were killed in the fires. Two others died of gunshot wounds. Residents said that the casualties were much higher; one claimed that the number of dead could be in the dozens as many bodies were still buried under the rubble. Shahbaz Bhatti, the Minister for Minorities, said that 40 Christian homes were torched in rioting. He said there was no truth to allegations that a Koran had been defiled, and accused the police of ignoring his appeal to provide protection to Christians.

Tension started mounting last week after Muslims accused three Christian youths of burning a copy of the Koran. They denied the allegations, but clerics called for their death. On Saturday, hundreds of supporters of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, an outlawed Sunni sectarian group, poured into the town from surrounding districts. The group is believed to have close links with Al Qaeda and has been involved in several terrorist attacks targeting security forces in recent years.

Television footage showed armed men running through the streets, gunfire, and women and children wailing. Blackened furniture lay outside burning homes, while a group of people rushed a man suffering from burns on a cart through the streets. Rehman Malik, the Interior Minister, said that the paramilitary troops were sent after police and the local administration failed to control the situation. Security forces were also placed on high alert to prevent violence from spreading to other towns of Punjab.

INDONESIA: PASTOR BATTLING ORDER TO DEMOLISH HOME

Neighbors threaten his family, demand destruction of house used for church services.

JAKARTA, July 24 (Compass Direct News) – Officials in Cipayung district, East Jakarta, have ordered Pastor Chris Ambessa of the Protestant Church of Indonesia to dismantle the newly constructed second floor of his home and to cease all religious activity in the area.

Ambessa’s lawyer, August Pasaribu, told Compass on Monday (July 21) that he planned to submit a letter to the Cipayung civil engineering department asking it to cancel the July 3 order to dismantle the second floor of the home, since the demand was in breach of local regulations. Authorities’ order to cease area religious activity for an indefinite period followed on July 13.

Pasaribu said he also hoped to file a report with the East Jakarta police department regarding an incident on May 21, in which Ambessa’s neighbors forced him to sign a document agreeing to cease religious activity.

Ambessa, however, is still weighing the likely consequences of legal action for his family and congregation.

The pastor’s home in Pondok Rangon village has functioned as a legally recognized house church for the past 12 years.

On June 6, authorities sent a letter ordering him to cease work on the second-floor extension. Construction, however, had already been completed on May 17.

When church services continued, approximately 20 young men led by a local resident approached the Cipayung district offices on June 25, demanding that Ambessa’s house be demolished.

On May 21, a similar neighborhood group had threatened Ambessa and forced him to sign a document stating that he would cease holding church services in his home. Ambessa told Compass that he had signed the document under duress, fearing attacks on his wife and daughters.

Having established his small congregation in 1996 with the requisite permission from neighbors and civic authorities, Ambessa said he was determined to protect the right of his church members to worship freely.

Christians in Iraq, including converts from Islam and people involved in mixed-faith marriages, are being crucified by Muslim terrorists according to a Dutch member of Parliament studying the war-torn country.
Several Iraqi Christians "are nailed to a cross and their arms are tied up with ropes. The ropes are put on fire," Joel Voordewind told BosNewsLife, an online news agency focusing on Christians and Jews in difficult circumstances.
According to the site, Voordewind described how a person, who "survived" a crucifixion, "even showed holes in his hands," apparently from nails.
Voordewind said victims of the crucifixions are "in most cases Christian converts who abandoned Islam or people who, religiously speaking, are involved in mixed marriages."
He did not specify how many Christians have been crucified in recent weeks and months, as an official report is expected soon. Voordewind is slated to present his findings to Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxime Verhagen within the next few days.
The report comes as thousands of Christians are said to be fleeing Iraq due to ongoing threats and violence against them. Just yesterday, over 80 people were killed in bomb blasts in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk. Most of the casualties resulted from a suicide truck bomb which detonated near the offices of the Kurdish political party led by Iraq's President Jalal Talabani.
BosNewsLife says Voordewind was part of a Dutch delegation visiting several countries in the Mideast, including Syria, where several lawmakers held talks with the terrorist group Hamas.

When I first began this site, it was with the intention of arguing politics, evolution, and Christian apologetics, topics I found myself addressing often in other forums.

I am forever opposed to anything that attempts to undermine confidence in the Word of Christ, in which we have "the faith once for all delivered to the saints."

And because it is founded upon that Christian faith and the two greatest documents created by Man -- the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution -- I defend the America given to us by God, as our Founding Fathers defined it.

I want what is good for my neighbor, my loved ones, and myself, and that means defending what is good and true.

Over the past three years, I found myself spending more and more words on The Religion of Rape and Slaughter, and that fact troubled me. Watching the coverage of Israel's current action in their War of Self-Defense Against Islam, I realized why my focus had shifted: When an enemy wants to subjugate, enslave, and murder you and yours (temporal consequences of Muhammad's venomous lies), you'd better mount a proper defense against it.

I have come to realize that President Bush's comforting words about Islam after 9/11 -- words I inwardly, quietly, wishfully wanted to believe -- were false.

We are not at war with a "tiny minority of extremists" taking their orders from a nut in a cave. We are engaged in the only continuous war of the last fourteen hundred years, Muhammad's war against humanity.

The more I've learned of Islam's "sacred" texts and history, the more I've come to realize that the "Fundamentalist, Extremist, Radical, IslamoNaziFascist, Islamist, Jihadi, Jihadist-ists" are not perverting "a great world religion of peace," they're fulfilling it.

The monsters who behead Christian schoolgirls in Indonesia, the animals who ask women in a Sudanese village whether they are Christian or Muslim and then slice the breasts off those who answer incorrectly, leaving them to die in the street, the devils who kidnap Copt daughters from their families and then rape and forcibly "marry" and "convert" them -- all of them are imitating the example of their Ideal Man, the false prophet Muhammad.

This barbarism has been carried out -- dependent upon Muslim knowledge, zeal, and resources -- around the world for the last nearly one and one-half millennia.

Only two kinds of people can deny the truth regarding this ancient, horrific, global nightmare: the ignorant and the deceitful.

If anyone doubts, he needs only to read Qur'an, ahadith, and sira, the eternal word of Allah and the words and deeds of its apostle, the genocidal pedophile Muhammad. Most of these texts are easily available to the infidel (and the inquisitive Muslim-In-Name-Only) with an ISP.

Islam's bloody present is just a trickle compared to the flood of its past. Since the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior -- and since Allah's word is immutable -- the stakes in our current conflict can not be higher.

Centuries ago, the Church Father Athanasius earned a reputation for consistently and vigorously fighting heresy. He was unwilling to let falsehood go unchallenged, so a saying developed around him: "Athanasius Contra Mundum" ("Athanasius Against the World").

Loving this same Truth, Martin Luther [apparently, it was misattributed to him] said:

"If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest exposition every portion [of] the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at the moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Christ. Where the battle rages there the loyalty of the soldier is proved. And to be steady on all the battlefield besides is merely flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point."

Can one allow the heretical claims of a genocidal, thieving, lying, enslaving pedophile to go unchallenged, especially when that false prophet commanded his followers to kill, rape, and enslave you and yours?

Christ warned that the world would hate His people, just as it hated Him. If one is not persecuted, despised, or rejected for speaking Jesus' words, it would be wise to consider whether one is in the battle at all.

Now is the time to take up the fight.
