How hypocritical (but typical) of Muslims to cry about "shutting down dissent" when it's their hate speech being silenced. Here's what Muhammad did to one poetess who "dissented":

The goal for MacArthur was "a world dedicated to the dignity of man . . . freedom, tolerance, and justice."  The goal for Muhammad?  That non-Muslims "(accept) Islam," pay "jizya," "repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity" [i.e., convert to Islam], "pay the Jizya with willing submission," "feel themselves subdued," and "testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Apostle."

So, one man warred to advance human dignity, freedom, justice, and tolerance; the other to advance his own power through the subjugation or slaughter of all who rejected his heresies.

Which was more a prophet of God?

I've begun to do just that.

Over the last several years I've been really listening -- without preconditions -- to what those obviously-innocent adherents of the Great World Religion -- victims of capitalist, racist, American prejudice -- are saying.

You know what I've discovered?

America is stingy.  If we want peace with others, if we want to regain the world's respect and rebuild bridges, if want to lead the world into a more peaceful future, we need to start giving people what they really want, not what we think is necessary.

Consider the facts:

-We've offered up only a few thousand of our best and bravest in protecting "innocent" "South Asian" lives.

-Despite America's vast wealth, we've withheld all but around a trillion in treasure trying to win the hearts and minds of "youths," the "poor," the "non-integrated," the "disenfranchised," and the "oppressed."

-We've only recently elected to the leadership of our nation someone who is clearly more understanding of Muslim sensibilities than anyone who's never been a Muslim could be.

(His mild-to-moderate anti-Semitism?  Yes, 1930's Germany did better, but Europe is always ahead of us.  Give the guy a break!  You can't expect perfection after only a few months on the job.)

To enhance this new-and-improved worldview (as someone perceptively pointed out to me once, I need to walk in someone else's moccasins before I can judge them!) I've been studying the texts, tenets, and history of those currently fighting the global Zionist/Crusader conspiracy against Muslims.

Now I see clearly:

It's my fault for resisting the rape, enslavement, mutilation, and slaughter of non-Muslims, apostates, women, and little girls.

It's my fault for denying two basic, self-evident truths: I am "the worst of creatures," and Muslims are "the best of people" who deserve my total subjugation and humiliation.

I know!  How narrow-minded and bigoted I've been!

So, what can we do?  How can America atone for its willful blindness?

I propose that we give those who want to kill us what they really want.

A Muslim's ultimate goal is paradise, and I've found one certain way to give that to them.

In Qur'an 9:111 (only a fearful hatemonger would see 9/11 in that citation, racist!), Allah promises eternal bliss -- including dozens of perpetual virgins and boys "like pearls" -- to those who kill and are killed for him.

What more expedient, more efficient, more generous way to help as many Muslims as possible realize their ultimate dream, their hearts' deepest desire, than to give to Mecca and Medina the same "travel package" we gave to Hiroshima and Nagasaki?  (We would have given the same to Berlin if Hitler and his freedom fighters had held out a little longer; if you doubt that, then you must be unaware of what Dresden received.)

We can give sufficient advanced notice so that only the most devout, the most zealous, the most righteous Muslims get to cash in on Allah's guarantee; those apostates who want to stay here and collude with the Zionists and Crusaders will have time to flee.

It's a win-win situation.

We get to make up for past sins, Muslims of conscience can be free of Islam, and the devout get their cosmic brothel (though I don't think it will be exactly what they expected).

Understand the causes of terror. Yes, we should try, but let there be no moral ambiguity about this: nothing could ever justify the events of 11 September, and it is to turn justice on its head to pretend it could.

The action we take will be proportionate; targeted; we will do all we humanly can to avoid civilian casualties. But understand what we are dealing with. Listen to the calls of those passengers on the planes. Think of the children on them, told they were going to die.

Think of the cruelty beyond our comprehension as amongst the screams and the anguish of the innocent, those hijackers drove at full throttle planes laden with fuel into buildings where tens of thousands worked.

They have no moral inhibition on the slaughter of the innocent. If they could have murdered not 7,000 but 70,000 does anyone doubt they would have done so and rejoiced in it?

There is no compromise possible with such people, no meeting of minds, no point of understanding with such terror.

1) The only "Christian" terrorism in eastern Europe was Bill Clinton bombing Christians defending themselves against jihad.

2) Technically, "there is no compulsion in religion." That is speaking of internal belief, which no one can force.

However, there are a number of nonviolent means to establishing the rule of Allah over all mankind including political, economic, legal, demographic, academic, and media-related efforts. Include those who support violent jihad with their prayers, words, wealth, and wombs, and you’ve gone from a “tiny minority of extremists” to “Muslims.”

And what do you do with those Muslims who say that they reject jihad? How can you know? For unlike the Christian God, to Whom lying is a sin, Mohammed advocated falsehood saying, ”War is deceit,” (Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 268). And since Allah calls Mohammed, “a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah” (Qur’an 33:21), lying in advancing the cause of Allah is a good thing.

As for your charge of bigotry, “Islamophobia” by definition means an “irrational fear of Islam.” What is irrational about reporting atrocities carried out in the name of Allah? Isn’t denying them the real crime? Why are you not outraged at Muslims obeying their god, rather than attacking Powerline for reporting their barbarism?

The clear exposition of the jihad threat should headline every newspaper, nightly news program, inaugural address, and State of the Union until its end. Our immigration, entitlement, energy, and national defense programs should be overhauled accordingly.

The events and speeches at the Republican Party convention in Minnesota, which endorsed the candidacy of Arizona Senator John McCain and his running mate, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, were given special attention in the Arab media, as commentators voiced fears that a McCain administration would pursue, perhaps more belligerently, the path of the current government.

Misdirected Muslim Madness

Muslims are "outraged" at the removal of a genocidal religious statement soliciting Muslim's murdering Jews to hasten the end of the world.

Wait a minute.  They're upset that the verse was removed, but not at its contents?

'The compendium is now incomplete. There are verses in many religious texts be it the Torah or the New Testament that when taken out of context can be taken as offensive.'

The key point there is that in order for those Biblical passages to be offensive, they must be taken out-of-context. In order for Muhammad's words to offend, they need only to be . . . read.

'It may be part of the religious canon but that doesn t make them less hateful ' said David Horowitz who has lobbied a number of schools to remove the 'hadiths of hate ' as he calls them from their websites. Muslims are outraged at having their anti-Semitic and genocidal texts removed? Why are they not offended at what their prophet commanded and practiced?

Where is the public's outrage at advocates for genocide and anti-Semitism (and slavery, rape, pedophilia, mutilation, and offensive warfare) [in Allah's name]?

I commend the provost for his courage in calling a spade a "spade." The passages removed are a good start. However, Allah's commands for the slavery and murder of all who refuse conversion are found throughout Qur'an and Sunnah.

Here are some other passages offensive to [all] non-Muslims, apostates, women, and little girls:

"the Messenger of Allah . . . would say: 'Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war. . . . When you meet your enemies who are polytheists, invite them to three courses of action. . . . Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. . . . If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them . . .'" (Muslim Book 19, Number 4294).

“My mother came to me while I was being swung on a swing between two branches and got me down. My nurse took over and wiped my face with some water and started leading me. When I was at the door she stopped so I could catch my breath. I was brought in while Muhammad was sitting on a bed in our house. My mother made me sit on his lap. The other men and women got up and left. The Prophet consummated his marriage with me in my house when I was nine years old” (Tabari 9:131).

“Narrated 'Aisha [Mohammed's six-year-old bride and nine-year-old sexual "partner"]: 'Allah's Apostle said (to me), "You were shown to me twice in (my) dream [before I married you]. Such vile, wretched, hateful filth has no place in a free and decent society. Neither does anyone who defends it.
